- Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Relief to my dry, itchy skin Aveeno's Skin Relief Moisterising Lotion has been my skin savior for the past few weeks. As I suffer from extremely dry and itchy skin, I was most excited to try this product from Beautyheaven. The fragrance free lotion which is formulated with a triple oat complex claims to moisterise for 24 hours. And does it? From my experience, yes! This lightweight lotion is very easy to apply and absorbs nicely, immediately leaving a nice moisterising layer over the skin. It feels hydrating and provides the needed moisterisation to minimise the itching. After using this for the past few weeks, my flaky skin has improved in texture and appearance. This is a product I would definitely recommend and will continue to repurchase.

My skin is now hydrated for much longer than 24h! Even after showering and forgetting to reapply! I've always seen your adds but thought It would just be like another brands I used. My skin has always been severely dry and Aveeno has changed that, for real. Great product. Thank you! I am now a loyal convert!

I tried Aveeno for the first time and saw results almost immediately. i noticed vast improvement in my skin. This is miles ahead of the other moisturising creams available in the market.

I thought since it was being marketed as a 'natural' product, that it would be so, but it contains petrolatum & dimethicone, two products I avoid. After a couple of weeks of daily use, I noticed my skin started feeling hot & itchy a few hours after application. Patches of red inflammation started to show on areas. After I discontinued use & returned to my normal body moisturiser that doesn't contain these two ingredients - my skin returned to normal with no feeling or signs of inflammation. Whilst this lotion may work for some sensitive skins, I'd advise doing patch tests for a few days if you are prone to reactions. But otherwise, for non sensitive skin types, this could be a hydrating option if the ingredients list doesn't deter you.

It wasn't until i tried the Aveeno Skin relief moisturings lotion , did i find true all day hydration . Best of all no itchy skin. My patchy skin was smooth and i only needed my morning application and again after a shower in the evening . I loved the clean gentle scent which soon faded after application and just how gentle this lotion was on my skin .Gentle enough that i allow my children to use this too .

It was smooth and creamy and I found it absorbed really well into the skin. I used the product daily after a shower and noticed a visible reduction in dryness and found my skin felt smooth and soft. The pump top lid is also great- there is nothing worse than having a hand full of cream and grappling with a screw top lid. This moisturiser is great value for money as a little goes a long way, and the fact that its scent free means it’s perfect for use every day.

Great to put on after a shower to hydrate the skin, particularly now the weather is cooler and the showers are hotter and longer. Fragrance free which is nice, it doesn't clash with any perfumes I might wear. The pump action bottle is great for quantity control, although I wonder how it will go when I near the end (squeezy bottles you can leave sitting upside down). Noticed a real difference in my skin condition using it once a day for two weeks.

My skin felt soft and smooth and after showering felt much nicer than after other shower gels. I think you could even get away with the body wash only and your skin would be healthy looking and not dry or itchy. Using body lotion afterwards makes it even more special. I had some dry marks on my skin that disappeared after using Aveeno for two weeks. I will definitely buy again. Would love larger sizes especially for the shower gel.

  Rated 1 out of 5 by SydneyJaz4 from Avenoo review I noticed the product was bubbly, I then looked at the ingredients and noticed it had sodium laurate sulphite, which I try to avoid as it dries out your skin. I used the body wash for a few days and then noticed I started getting itchy in my arms and my husband started getting a rash and itchy on his legs which we hadn't had for a couple of years since we started using QV body wash. I then checked the ingredients again and saw that the Aveeno wash had quarterium 15 as an ingredient which is a formaldehyde releasing agent. I'm allergic to formaldehyde and wouldn't have expected to see it in a body wash, especially one that is for sensitive skin. I then had to stop using the Aveeno body wash. I have no idea why you would put these 2 ingredients in it, it doesn't make any sense.

The pump dispenser is easy to use even for small kids. It helps to improve the condition of dry skin. Kept my skin smooth and supple throughout the day. I love how easily the product absorbs into my skin. It does not leave a greasy residue. Fragrance free so versatile for all skin types. Healed raw,dry itchy skin within a week of using it. This is a staple in my house.

Using it daily has eliminated dry patches on my elbows and knees and the rest of my skin is smoother, softer and looks plump and nourished. It moisturises my skin as well as soothing itching and irritation. I would prefer it to be free of mineral oil but can't have everything and I am very happy with the results I have seen so far, comparable to much heavier creams on the market.

I have always been a big Aveeno fan and this moisturiser impressed me in the same manner as all of their other products I have tried previously. It absorbs nice and fast and because it is fragrance free it doesn't clash with any other product you may also apply at the same time. It makes my skin feel super soft and doesn't irritate or cause any issues with my sensitive skin. Definitely a product I will be looking to replace in the future when my current bottle runs out.

I was pleasantly surprised as i have tried other brand claiming to do this but end up not being absorbed and feeling greasy on the surface only to wipe or rub off. The pump bottle also helps with using a good amount, the cream is not to thick like some and unable to be used on all body parts I will be looking to buy this again when my current bottle runs out

The consistency is perfect, the pump gives you the right amount to apply in one go and there is no overpowering scent so it's great for everyday use. I moisturise regularly so I didn't feel any major improvement to my skin, but if I stopped and let it dry out I'm sure it would restore my skin quickly. I have very sensitive skin and this product didn't irritate my skin at all which is great!

Every winter my knuckles and hands are so red and dry that they crack and bleed and my legs are just a scaly mess all year round. I can confirm the claims that you get relief in a few hours and the cream is easily and quickly absorbed into the skin and keeps you moisturised for hours. Thanks so much I am a devoted user.

I feel fresh after applying the lotion as I don't feel sticky or clogged unlike other brands. The pump action packaging is very convenient however it would be better if it was in a rectangular shape to fit better on my shelf. I like that the lotion is fragrance free so you can still wear perfume afterwards

After just 2 uses, I started to feel an improvement. The pump pack dispenser is efficient and easy to use. The lotion itself is lightweight and applies easily, absorbing well into skin, without leaving it feeling greasy or oily. A great moisturiser for the whole family to enjoy.

I was surprised at how quick it work and noticed a improvement within just one use. I highly recommend this lotion if you have dry sensitive skin after cast removal but also it is a great everyday day body lotion since it is fast absorbing and makes you skin feel really soft and hydrated with oiliness.

Still love it as it doesn't leave a heavy sticky feeling like some cream do. Skin feels instantly hydrated upon application and skin absorbs lotion easily. It does have a slight sticky feeling but it doesn't bother much. When applied to dry itchy skin, it's an instant relief for the dry patch and literally the itch lessens until the lotion wears off.

I had absolutely no irritation applying this lotion to freshly shaved legs. I also really liked the feeling of having a "protective layer" on my skin, although I don't like to make a habit of using silicone based products regularly. The pump bottle is maybe a little TOO big for my bathroom bench, but otherwise, this lotion is quite nice.

I used this moisturiser twice a day after showering. It comes in pump-action bottle that makes it really easy to use and it is also fragrant free is a huge plus for me. I am so pleased with the results; my skin feels soft, smooth and nourished. It doesn’t leave a residue and it’s perfect for the whole family to use.

The other lotions and creams I've used to date were all quite greasy and rub off on my clothes or blanket. This product was very fast absorbing whilst still providing adequate hydration for my skin. I love that it's non-fragrant, i would occasionally react to fragrant creams, this has been very gentle! I would definitely recommend this to those with dry sensitive skin!

This lotion was perfect. Upon application it felt cooling to the skin and it absorbed beautifully and did not leave my skin oily. It is fragrance free which I love as I really dislike strong smelling products. With regular use my skin felt moisturised and did not look as red.

I was constantly itchy and suffered from dry cracked skin also. Both of these conditions disappeared after a friend recommended I try Aveeno. I use both the fragrance free body wash and the lotion regularly and my y skin is no longer dry or irritated. This product is Fantastic!

This is without a doubt the best moisturising lotion i have ever used. i am currently washing up baby bottles twice a day and my hands showed! They were dry and flaky despite using my regular moisturiser. since receiving my sample it now lives in the kitchen so i can use after i wash up and my skin has not shown any dry signs since. I love love love this product and will not purchase anything else in the future.

What I loved about this lotion is that it is fragrance free and extremely easy to apply without streaks. Added bonus, a little of this product goes a long way for me. I have used other brands which have been affective to treat my eczema. However, what I found in using other products is that it often left streaks and made it difficult to lather on smoothly. Having used this product for a few weeks my skin is noticeably softer and moisturized. However, I do feel that in extreme dry winter conditions I will need a thicker consistency in cream to ensure my skin doesn't break out in eczema rashes. This is a cream that I would use in summer, spring and autumn. All in all, I will be re-purchasing this product! It has definitely made it to my must have in my daily routine.

After using for a few weeks, I was very pleased with results and left knowing skin is hydrated, smoother and less dry. Skin looking nourished and plump. I forged ahead since I had agreed to trial and review the product, and was pleasantly surprised. My skin felt amazing. I have had rough, dry, and sometimes itchy elbows for as long as I can remember. They are now silky smooth. I think I’ll have to buy more!

I can lock the pump to prevent the lotion accidentally pressed out by just simply turning the pump to the left. Is it very fast-obsorbing and left my skin very moistured. One thing I feel this product is different from other body lotion is that it can relieves my skin. After I used it, I felt my skin very comfortable and very relieved.

It took a long time to fully absorb into my skin and I felt like there was a oily layer over my skin once it did absorb in, the smell is also not fantastic it has a plastic, fake kind of smell to it which makes me question the chemicals involved in making it.
